Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your pizza order, please do so within 10 minutes of placing the order by contacting us at +44 20 7946 0958. If the cancellation is successful and the order has not been prepared, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If the order is already being prepared or is out for delivery, we cannot accept a cancellation request.

Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the pizza you received, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. We require photographic evidence and a brief description of the issue to process your request. Upon verification, we will either resend a new pizza at no extra cost or offer a refund for the specific item in question.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is incorrect, please notify us immediately upon discovery. We will endeavor to rectify the mistake by sending the correct items as soon as possible, or alternatively, issue a refund for the incorrectly delivered items.

Refund Timing

Refund requests are processed promptly upon confirmation of the issue. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's policies.

Non-refundable Items

Please note that delivery charges and gift cards are non-refundable. Additionally, any items from our menu categorized as extras or beverages (such as soft drinks and lemonades) are also considered final sales unless they are incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
